GB: Add Ada exception breakpoint support
GNATbench Integration with CDT using Eclipse Helios (3.6) or later, supports breakpoint on Ada assertion failed and Ada exception raised. This feature requires debug configurations using Ada GDB (DSF) Process Launcher. (see GNATbench documentation)
